Simon Sinek is author of the bestselling books Leaders Eat Last and How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action.
He is also, as a turns out, a very compelling speaker. A recent clip from an episode of Inside Quest has gone viral, and for good reason. In the interview, Sinek lays out the four factors that he attributes to the Millennial generation’s bad reputation. Those factors are:
Parenting (or “failed parenting strategies”), as he controversially puts it
He asserts, “Millennials have been dealt a bad hand… It’s through no fault of their own.”
At the end of the video, he puts out a very clear call-to-action, and surprisingly, it’s directed at the organizations that employ millennials.
