Barry is the Executive Director of the NCRA. He has been with them since June of 2015; before that, he spent multiple years with CFRU-FM at the University of Guelph as station manager, staff and board chair. He studied at the U of G achieving his Master’s in Capacity Development and Extension, as well as a BA, Radio TV Broadcasting Certificate and HR Post-Grad. He lives in Ottawa.
